What gets deleted
When your FlorAI account is deleted, the following is permanently removed from our systems within 30 days and cannot be recovered:
- Your account profile (email address, display name, login identifier)
- Uploaded garden, patio, front yard, and plant photos
- Saved AI garden designs, before-and-after previews, and inspiration boards
- Plant Identifier and Plant Health history
- In-app preferences, saved styles, and budget planner entries
- Subscription records held by FlorAI (see note on Apple and Google below)
- Support conversations you have had with us
We retain limited records where the law requires us to – for example, payment receipts for tax and accounting purposes, or fraud-prevention logs. These are kept in line with the retention periods described in our Privacy Policy.
Delete your account on iOS (iPhone & iPad)
Follow these steps inside the FlorAI app on your iPhone or iPad:
- Open the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon at the top).
- Scroll down and tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation notice, then tap Delete my account to confirm.
Your account and data will be marked for deletion immediately, and permanently removed within 30 days. You will be signed out of the app on all your devices.
Cancelling your subscription on iOS
Subscriptions purchased through the App Store are managed by Apple. Deleting your FlorAI account does not automatically cancel your App Store subscription. To cancel:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top, then tap Subscriptions.
- Select FlorAI – AI Garden Design.
- Tap Cancel Subscription and confirm.
Apple manages refunds for App Store purchases. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Delete your account on Android
Follow these steps inside the FlorAI app on your Android phone or tablet:
- Open the FlorAI – AI Garden Design app.
- Tap the Profile icon in the bottom-right corner.
- Tap Settings (the gear icon at the top).
- Scroll down and tap Account.
- Tap Delete account.
- Read the confirmation notice, then tap Delete my account to confirm.
Your account and data will be marked for deletion immediately and permanently removed within 30 days. You will be signed out of the app on all your devices.
Cancelling your subscription on Android
Subscriptions purchased through Google Play are managed by Google. Deleting your FlorAI account does not automatically cancel your Google Play subscription. To cancel:
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile photo in the top-right corner.
- Tap Payments & subscriptions, then Subscriptions.
- Select FlorAI – AI Garden Design.
- Tap Cancel subscription and confirm.
Google manages refunds for Google Play purchases. You can request one at support.google.com/googleplay.
Delete your account on the web
If you use FlorAI from the web app, you can delete your account from there too:
- Open app.easygarden.ai and sign in.
- Click your profile avatar in the top-right corner.
- Click Settings, then Account.
- Click Delete account and confirm.
Can’t access the app? Email us to delete your account
If you are unable to open the app – for example, you have uninstalled FlorAI, lost access to your device, or cannot sign in – you can ask us to delete your account on your behalf. Email us at hello@rocketdigital.ai from the email address linked to your FlorAI account, and include:
- The email address you used to sign in
- The platform you used (iOS, Android, or Web)
- A short confirmation that you want your account and data permanently deleted
We will verify the request to make sure it is really you, then delete your account within 30 days of confirmation. You will receive an email from us when the deletion is complete.
After your account is deleted
- You will be signed out of the FlorAI app on every device.
- Your saved AI garden designs, photos, and scans will no longer be recoverable.
- If you signed in with Apple or Google, deletion does not remove FlorAI from your Apple ID or Google Account app list – you can do that from your device settings.
- Push notifications, emails, and marketing messages will stop (please allow a short time for email providers to catch up).
- You are always welcome to create a new FlorAI – AI Garden Design account in the future. It will start fresh, with no connection to the deleted one.
