Is FlorAI really easy to use if I am not good with technology?

Yes. The whole app is built around three calm taps: open the app, pick a photo, and tap Generate. There are no settings to configure, no layers, no design jargon. If you can take a photo of your garden, you can use FlorAI.

Can FlorAI redesign my backyard from a single photo?

Yes. FlorAI can redesign a full backyard from one photo. It keeps the shape and size of your space and gently reimagines the lawn, planting beds, paths, seating, and outdoor features in the style you choose.

Does FlorAI work for front yard curb appeal and small front gardens?

Yes. Front yards are one of the most popular uses. FlorAI gives you fresh ideas for walkways, foundation planting, entry steps, lawn alternatives, and flowering borders that lift the whole look of your home.

Can I use the AI Garden Planner for patios, decks, and balconies?

Yes. FlorAI is designed for every outdoor space: patios, terraces, decks, courtyards, and balconies. You can try stone, timber, gravel, or planted options and compare them side by side before you buy anything.

Will FlorAI recommend plants that suit my area and season?

Yes. FlorAI offers smart planting recommendations based on your location and the time of year, so your new garden looks right for where you live and when you plant.

Can FlorAI identify plants and flowers from a photo?

Yes. The built-in Plant Identifier and Plant Scan can recognize the plants and flowers in your garden. Point your camera and FlorAI tells you what you are looking at so you can choose matching or complementary plants.

Can FlorAI tell me why my plant looks sick?

Yes. The Plant Health Doctor checks a photo of a struggling plant and gives gentle, easy to follow care advice on common problems like over-watering, dry soil, pests, or poor light.

How much does FlorAI AI Garden Design cost?

FlorAI is free to download on the App Store and Google Play. You can also open the web app at app.easygarden.ai. Optional paid plans unlock more redesigns, higher quality renders, and extra styles.

Is FlorAI better than hiring a landscape designer?

FlorAI is not a replacement for a landscape designer on complex builds. It is the fastest, most affordable way to explore ideas, compare styles, and feel confident about what you want before you ever meet a pro or buy plants.

What file size is FlorAI and which devices does it support?

FlorAI is about 70MB to download. Version 2.1.5 supports iPhone and iPad on iOS 15 or later, and Android phones on Android 8 or later.

Can I share my AI garden design with my partner, friend, or landscaper?

Yes. Every design you generate can be saved and shared as an image. It is the easiest way to agree on the look of a garden before anything is planted or paid for.

Terms of Service | FlorAI – AI Garden Design

1. Who provides FlorAI

FlorAI – AI Garden Design (the “Service”) is operated by Rocket Digital Limited with its registered office at 1603, The L Plaza, 367-375 Queens Road Central, Hong Kong. Contact: hello@rocketdigital.ai.

2. The Service

FlorAI is an AI garden design app. It turns a photo of a garden, patio, front yard, backyard, or balcony into a generated image of a possible new design. It also offers AI Garden Planner, Plant Identifier, Plant Scan, Plant Health Doctor, and related planting features. All outputs are computer-generated, for inspiration and planning, and may contain inaccuracies.

3. Your account

You may need an account to access some features. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for keeping your login details safe. You must be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction (generally 13 or older, and 16 or older in parts of the EU/UK).

4. Subscriptions and payments

Some features are free. Some are available through optional paid subscriptions managed by Apple or Google, via RevenueCat.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the end of the current period.
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their store policies.
Prices, features, and limits may change. Where required by law, we will give notice and ask for agreement to changes.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Upload photos you do not have the right to upload, or photos that include other people without consent.
Use the Service to generate illegal, infringing, defamatory, or harmful content.
Reverse-engineer, resell, or commercially redistribute the Service beyond your personal use.
Attempt to bypass rate limits, security controls, or entitlements.

6. Your content and AI outputs

You keep ownership of the photos you upload. By using FlorAI, you grant us a limited licence to process your photos to deliver the Service (including sending them to our AI vendors such as OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, and Fal.ai).

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we assign to you any rights we may have in the specific AI outputs generated from your photos, so you can use them for personal and commercial garden planning. You are responsible for ensuring that AI outputs you share or publish comply with applicable law.

7. Accuracy and disclaimers

FlorAI is for design inspiration and planning. AI outputs do not constitute professional landscape design, engineering, horticultural, or legal advice. Always consult a qualified professional for structural, drainage, or safety-critical decisions. The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party services including RevenueCat, Firebase, Google AdMob, OpenAI, Microsoft Azure, Replicate, Fal.ai, Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel. Their terms apply to the portion of the Service that they provide.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) USD 100. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.

10. Termination

You may stop using FlorAI at any time and delete your account from within the app. We may suspend or terminate your access if you break these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we need to protect the Service or other users.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you inside the app or by email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless your local law gives you different mandatory consumer rights that apply.

13. Apple App Store and Google Play

If you download FlorAI from the Apple App Store or Google Play, the additional end-user licence terms of Apple or Google also apply. Apple and Google are not parties to these terms and are not responsible for the Service, but may enforce the terms as third-party beneficiaries where required by their developer programs.
